1. Commercial Terms

Subscription pricing and billing are defined in your order form
Support and service levels are defined by your plan and contract
Enterprise deployments may include self-hosted or air-gapped options

2. Acceptable Use

Customers must use the service in compliance with applicable laws and must not attempt to disrupt service operation, access unauthorized data, or use the service for unlawful purposes.

3. Customer Content

Customer Content is processed to provide the service. Privacy and data processing terms are documented in the DPA and Privacy Policy.

4. Security and Procurement

FortisEU supports procurement reviews via the Trust Center: security overview, DPA, subprocessor list, and available artifacts on request.
