Hosting and infrastructure
FortisEU is built on EU-sovereign infrastructure with primary data residency in France:
- Primary infrastructure: Scaleway SAS, Paris (FR) — PostgreSQL, Redis/Valkey, object storage, compute
- AI provider: Mistral AI SAS, Paris (FR) — embeddings + ASK assistant
- Transactional email: Brevo (formerly Sendinblue), Paris (FR)
- Data residency: France (Scaleway Paris-2 region) for primary data; EU regional commitment for all sub-processors
